Barbecue Chicken Pasta 🍗🍝 . . - 150 grams cooked and drained pasta - 220 grams chicken breast - 1/3 cup bbq sauce - 1/3 mayonnaise - 1/2 tsp cumin - 1 can whole kernel corns - 1/3 cup chopped onion - 1 cup black beans (optional ) - 1/4 cup bbq sauce (another one ) - 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes . . * over medium heat, cook the onion until gold then add the chicken with the 1/3 cup bbq sauce. Stir and mix until chicken is done and drained * in a bowl, mix the 1/4 cup of BBQ sauce with mayonnaise, corn, and beans. When I quit drinking, I lost a lot of friends. I had people laugh at me, and I had them question my reasoning behind why I was giving alcohol up. I have been pressured a lot to, “just have a sip”, and I’ve had people make me feel like I wasn’t worth hanging out with because I couldn’t “have fun” like they could. It was really hard for me to navigate not just getting sober on my own, but also the people I thought were close to me not supporting my decisions. • As well as, looking around... the temptation is everywhere. I go to a restaurant, I’m presented with the happy hour drink specials. I hang out with my family, they drink. I go to an event/concert, alcohol. I do my grocery shopping, “how are you doing ma’am? Would you like to sample this wine?”. No kidding. But if there is anything I know it’s this, •My willpower and determination is off the chain 😎 so i knew it was just one more thing I’d have to fight through. •If your circle doesn’t support you and your decisions, it’s time for a new circle. And honestly, as harsh as that sounds.. It’s life. Everyone has their season in your life. And as we grow, and change, its completely normal to want to surround yourself with people who support you & cheer you on! • I always get asked if I plan on drinking again. And I don’t know the answer to that 🤷🏼♀️ but what I do know is that I have come this far, and I’m proud of that. And I have shown myself that I can overcome and rise above something that was trying to control and destroy me. Бадьорого всім ранку!☀️ Аби ваш ранок був смачним та корисним, ми хочемо поділитись рецептами салатиків з використанням олій від Amrita 😋 🥗Для першого салату нам потрібно: -половина пекінської капусти; -1 морквина потерта на корейку; -1 яблуко кубиками; -гірчиця в зернах. Заправляємо все 2 ст.л олії горіху та кунжуту. 🥗Для другого варіанту нам потрібно: -1 корінь селери; -1 морквина; -1 яблуко на тертку; -50 гр грецького горіха (обсмажити ); -декілька краплин лимонного соку. Заправляємо 2 ст. л олії горіху. 🥗Для цього салату нам знадобиться: -1 огірок; -1 помідор; -зелена цибуля 3 шт. Заправити олією гарбуза. 🥗Для наступного салату нам потрібно: -капуста червоноголова; -1 морквина; -1 огірок; -насіння кунжуту; -соєвий соус; -яблучний оцет; -1 ч.л цукру. Buongiorno a tutti ☀ Oggi per colazione ho preparato dei pancakes proteici con il protein Pancake di @prozis , sono venuti sofficissimi, ho mescolato 25 gr di preparato con 20 gr di farina d'avena neutra, 5 gr di cacao e 120 ml di albume, un cucchiaino di lievito ed et voilà, mentre per il topping burro d'arachidi e frutti di bosco 💯😇 cappuccino e doppia dose di caffè.. 😅 E si inizia la giornata al meglio! We have been leaning on nutritious and healthy flavors - just like in our Asian-inspired Parsley Salad! 😍 Squeezing some lemon everywhere we can during the Spring - we LOVE lemons 🍋🍋🍋! It ads a sort of fresh and vibrant flavor profile to any recipes and amps up the flavors in our salads. Sunday brunch! Buttery waffles 🧇 with a crispy fried egg 🍳, half an avocado 🥑, mandarin orange 🍊 and peppery arugula with evoo and lemon 🍋. I used Trader Joes pancake mix to make the waffles as directed on the package since I had it on hand and the butter was fresh made from one of my favorite local brands @freshmozzarellausa . It was all so good and the best comfort food! I hope you’re having a great day!

Big fan of simple, nutritious lunches like this one! Here’s how I made this bowl: Soft boil an egg - bring a pan of water to a gentle simmer and carefully place the egg into the water for 5 minutes for a soft yolk. Sauté kale, zucchini and cherry tomatoes in a little olive oil. Once the vegetables are cooked, add half a packet of @tildarice (I used coconut, chilli and lemongrass ) or 1/2 cup leftover cooked rice and a splash of tamari. Sauté until heated through and a little crispy. Remove from the frying pan and place into a bowl. Remove the egg from the pan, carefully peel and slice in half. Place on top of the fried rice and top with sesame seeds. Enjoy!

Happy weekend! Even though finding fresh foods can be a challenge these days I’m feeling pretty fortunate that I’m still able to get some thanks to Whole Foods Amazon Prime Delivery and Publix 🙏🏻 so I’m brunching on this plate of goodness. Pastrami seasoned smoked salmon with mashed avocado on toasted sourdough with lemony spinach salad, herby tomato slices, chunky feta, salty olives and a hard boiled egg. It’s so darn delicious and makes me happy! I hope you’re having a good day.
